The specific services included in each session are agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify our service offerings at any time.
A session is considered confirmed when both parties have agreed on the date, time, location, and service type. Confirmation may be provided via email, phone, or messaging application. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
The client (agent, agency, or property owner) is responsible for:
Payment terms, pricing, and accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Payment is due as agreed. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of final files until payment has been received in full.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated as early as possible. Specific cancellation terms, including any applicable fees, will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All photographs, videos, and virtual tour content created by Gorilla Priest remain the intellectual property of Gorilla Priest. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media for the purpose of marketing the specific property for which the session was conducted.
Permitted uses include:
The client may not: sublicense, sell, or transfer the media to third parties; use the media to market other properties; or use the media for purposes unrelated to the specific property without prior written consent from Gorilla Priest.
We will use reasonable efforts to deliver edited files within the timeframe communicated at booking. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on session complexity, volume of work, and other factors. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
We photograph properties in the condition in which they are presented to us at the time of the session. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the property's representation if the property condition changes after the session. We do not digitally alter the structural appearance of properties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gorilla Priest's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific session giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that interferes with its normal operation. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paraguay.
