Corrected Wide-Angle Photography
Smartphone cameras introduce barrel distortion that makes rooms appear smaller and walls curved. We use a professional wide-angle lens with post-processing perspective correction to produce images where rooms look natural, spacious, and proportionally accurate.
Every room is composed to show its best features — ceiling height, floor space, natural light sources, and the flow between spaces. We capture each room from the angle that communicates its size and character most effectively.

Natural Light Enhancement
The most common problem in amateur real estate photography is poor lighting: rooms that appear dark and uninviting, or overexposed with harsh flash that creates flat, washed-out images and reflections in mirrors and windows.
We balance and complement existing natural light with portable supplemental lighting to produce images that are bright, warm, and true to how the space actually feels. No flash reflections in bathroom mirrors. No dark corners. No overexposed windows.

360° Virtual Tour
A 360° virtual tour lets buyers explore the property from any device without a physical visit. They can navigate room to room, look up at the ceiling, down at the floor, and get a genuine sense of the space and its flow.
We deliver a shareable link that you can embed in portal listings, send via WhatsApp, or share on social media. The tour works on any device without requiring an app download. It's one of the most effective ways to filter serious buyers from casual browsers before committing to a showing.

Social Media Video
Short-form video is one of the most effective ways to reach property buyers on social media. We capture a walkthrough video during the session and edit it into a short, engaging clip formatted for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and TikTok.
The video is designed to work without sound (captions-ready) and to perform on mobile screens. It covers the key selling points of the property in a format that social media algorithms favor for organic reach.

We believe in straightforward communication about what each session covers.
Session Duration
Each session is two hours. This is sufficient for most residential properties. Larger properties or those requiring additional setups may need a premium session — discuss this when booking.
Property Preparation
We photograph the property as it is when we arrive. Cleaning, staging, and decluttering are the owner's responsibility. Our preparation guide helps you get the most from the session.
Usage Rights
All files are licensed for marketing the specific property. Rights cover the duration of the listing and standard real estate marketing. Commercial re-licensing requires a separate arrangement.
Delivery Format
Files are delivered digitally. High-resolution JPEGs for photos, MP4 for video, and a hosted link for the 360° tour. Physical media delivery is not included as standard.
